Bombshell explores the pressures on women’s bodies during wartime, how the performers’ hyperconsciousness of their own bodies as dancers and women parallels how they keep themselves in check as social bodies. Through a combination of projected films, text scribbled and erased on white boards embedded in bomb-belt costumes, and live movement on stage, the performers name and erase each other.
